By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms are between you and Kansas City Real Estate Investing.

You must be at least eighteen years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You must give accurate information when you register or apply, and keep it up to date.

Seats at Dissecting the Deal are free, and the online class is not capped. Registering holds a seat; it does not create any other agreement between us and does not oblige either of us to go further.

You may register for more than one sitting, but only once for any single sitting. We may cancel, reschedule or change the format of a class, and will tell registrants as early as we can. We may decline or cancel a registration at our discretion, including where a seat has been booked in bad faith.

Nothing is signed at the class and no payment is taken there.

This site describes an education and partnership programme. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment or financial advice, and nothing on it is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security. See our disclaimer.

The content of this site, including the class materials, case studies, text, images and layout, belongs to us or our licensors. You may read it and print a copy for your own use. You may not republish it, sell it, or use it to run a competing programme without our written permission.

Recording, photographing or live-streaming the class is not permitted, because real deal figures and third parties' information are discussed in the room.

Do not use this site to break the law, to send spam, to attempt to gain access to accounts or systems that are not yours, to scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or to upload anything harmful.

If you are given a login, you are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access to it.

Where we link to another site or use a third-party service, we do not control it and are not responsible for its content or its handling of your information.

This site is provided "as is". We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits or lost opportunity, arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

You agree to cover us against claims and costs arising from your misuse of this site or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Jackson County, Missouri, and you and we each consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies.
