The team

The people behind every deal.

Most first-time investors try to assemble these relationships one handshake at a time, and it takes years. You meet me on a Saturday. You meet the rest once you and I both decide to go further.

Me โ€” I teach the Saturday class

Mr. Lee

Licensed general contractor and builder, and an investor on my own money. I find the house, set the path, and run the job from the first walkthrough to the closing table. One person to hold accountable when something goes wrong.

I find it. I fund the path. I build it.

Runs the job

My contract manager

On site daily, managing trades and schedule. He is also the one who picks up when you call from the driveway with a question about the framing, and he will not make you feel stupid for asking.

Prices the buy and the sell

My realtor

She knows which blocks move in thirty days and which sit through a season. She keeps me from overpaying going in, and keeps you from underpricing coming out.

Bank lines of credit

My banker

Years of deals across the same table. You meet him in person before you commit to anything, not after you have signed something.

Hard money and draw funding

My lenders

They release funds in phases after inspection, so the money follows finished work instead of running out ahead of it.

Contracts and closing

My attorneys

Draw up the partnership contracts and work with the title company so everyone is paid correctly, and in the right order, at closing.

Credentials

Licensed, insured, and happy to prove it.

I hold a general contractor's license and carry insurance on every job. Copies of both, along with the attorney-drawn partnership contract, are provided to you at contract — before any money moves.

Start by meeting me.
