Take one free Saturday class. Then we build a house together.
I'm a builder in Kansas City with 26 years in the business, and I partner with people who want to invest in real estate but have never done a deal. When you partner with me, you're not doing it alone. My contract manager, my crews, my lenders, my realtor and my attorneys work your deal with me.
It starts the same way for everybody: a free 90-minute online class on Saturday, where I take one of my own finished deals apart on screen.
The partnership
My team becomes your team.
It took me 26 years to put this group of people together. On your first deal, they're already in place.
My contract manager and crews
They do the work. Licensed, insured, and people I've worked with for years.
My lenders and bankers
They help finance the deal. Depending on the loan and your credit, you may need to put down a lot less than you think.
My realtor
Finds the houses, pulls the comps, and sells the house when it's done.
My attorneys and title company
Write up our agreement and make sure everybody gets paid right at closing.
Me
I run the job, from the first walkthrough to the day we close.
One rule
I only partner with people who've taken the class.
When we do a deal together, I'm putting my crew, my lenders and my name behind it, and you're putting in your savings. Neither of us should decide that over a quick phone call. So before we talk about partnering, I want you to see exactly how one of my deals works, real numbers and all. And I want to get to know you.
